When people think of luxury brands they think of expensive, which although is true there are ways around shopping luxury and trendy while being on a budget. Take notes...Second-hand buying! Buying items preloved comes with many perks such as finding rare, vintage pieces, shopping sustainably and also buying items for a fraction of the price. With apps such as Depop, EBay, Spock, ASOS marketplace (the list goes on) finding the pieces you want has never been easier with thousands of sellers operating on these sites daily. In this blog I will show you how some second-hand pieces bought within budget and how to style them on trend. With fast fashion being one of the biggest impacts on pollution it's our job as the customer to turn to alternative, more sustainable ways around fashion and buying. There should no longer be a stigma around secondhand purchasing or shopping sustainably estate before it has many perks.
Some of these items will purchase second hand from either the pop or eBay such as the stone island sweatshirt and Versace top. The accessories were bought on budget from wholesaler ASOS these outfits together told to less than 150 pounds. Luxury accessories can also be bought second hand online such as bags and jewellery or you can also shop with small sustainable businesses who make original pieces that still looks re quality. You can even add a leather jacket to the outfit to spice it up a bit and still be on budget.
